The Greybull area offers mountain biking enthusiasts an array of possibilities with many two-track roads.  Due to a low population density, there are not of local bicyclists, but the possibilities of riding are endless.  A good map of area trails can be obtained from the U.S. Forest Service or Bureau of Land Management.  The most popular ride in the area known as the Bench Trail is 11 miles of single track enjoyment starting at Ranger Creek Campground and ending at Post Creek.  You will need to ride your bike back up the mountain. Close by in the Greybull area is the geological wonder known as Sheep Mountain with many roads accessible to the biking enthusiast.  The scenic Red Gulch Road, ten miles east of Greybull, is another possibility.  Due to extreme heat during the summer months, the Sheep Mountain and Red Gulch rides can be brutal in the afternoon.  Morning riding is recommended.  Mountain biking is an inherently dangerous sport . . . please be careful and remember:  Always wear your Helmet!!  ENJOY!
